Driveabout: Day 2

The bed will take some getting used to. It's kind of comfy but meh.

Jae found a cemetary nearby and we went there first.

Daytona Memorial Park

Daytona Memorial Park is our first official cemetary and we had a nice hike around it. With the property divided into two sections on opposite sides of the street, we opted for the older section with more above ground markers.   Not a terribly old graveyard, but there were a few standout headstones.

Epic.

Epic.

We then continued north along the coast, passing through Ormond-By-The-Sea, Flagler Beach and Marineland (yes, the theme park, now a dolphin encounter.)  Skirting the edge of the Matanzas State Forest and slipping into St. Augustine Beach before camping for the night at Anastasia State Park.  But not before chowing down at The Oasis for world-famous fish sandwich, "The Whaler."

Quite a nice park too, as we'd discover in the morning.
