Dulcimer Oktoberfest Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in vending at Dulcimer Oktoberfest. This is a private event for registered attendees and their partners. Vendor space is limited, and placement is determined by the event layout and the types of products being offered.

Dulcimer Oktoberfest brings workshops, concerts, jam sessions, and a musical community to Helen, Georgia, during the opening weekend of Helen Oktoberfest. Event details and the attendee schedule are available on the main event site. Vending opportunities are offered in two areas: the vestibule and the main room.

Vendor Space Options

(fee includes both days)

Vestibule Vendor Space — $100

There are 4 vestibule spaces available. Vestibule vendors may sell throughout the day. This area is intended for vendors who need steady customer access, including instrument-related vendors. Instrument testing is permitted only in the vestibule.

Main Room Vendor Space — $50

There are 6 main room spaces available. Main room vendors may display throughout the event, but sales activity should take place during designated vending hours shown in the event schedule on the Dulcimer Oktoberfest website. Instrument testing is not permitted in the main room. 

Power

Power is available in both the vestibule and main room vendor areas.

Vendor Policies

This is a private event for registered attendees and their partners only.

Vendor space is limited to 4 vestibule spaces and 6 main room spaces.

Vestibule vendors may sell all day.

Main room vendors may sell during designated vending hours only.

Instrument testing is available only in the vestibule.

Power is available in both vendor areas.

Vendor fee is due at check-in.

No refunds will be issued. If a vendor cannot attend, fees will be transferred to a future event.

NGFDA / event management reserves the right to assign final placement based on space, product type, and event needs.

Please review the current vendor layout draft below. Final placement may be adjusted on site. The current draft shows 4 vendor spaces in the vestibule and 6 vendor spaces in the main room.  

Submitting this form does not guarantee placement (unless approved beforehand.) Vendor space will be confirmed by Bing Futch based on availability, product fit, and event needs. Vendor fees are due at check-in.
