Day 6: Interstate Tour 2018
After breakfast and goodbyes with Tom and Nancy, I ran a few errands and headed towards Genoa City for my next stop. The highway led to Lake Geneva, a place my uncle had taken me to when I was 13. We went to The Playboy Club and I don't recall anything about that trip except horseback riding and seeing women in bunny ears, bathing suits and cotton tails.
Now, years later, I was finally able to appreciate the beauty of the area (and I didn't see any bunnies.)
I arrived at David and Joannie Dickey's home around noon. Davis is an Amethyst-level patron on my Patreon Channel and one of his perks includes a home-cooked meal from me. So I prepared Baked Salmon with Steamed Asparagus and Romano Cheese Dusted Eggplant Fries. The process was captured for Tour Eats and will debut on Patreon this Thursday.
Now that the video editing is finished, I'm checking gear, eating cheese curds and preparing for tomorrow's adventure.
